From Lagers to Viking ales, we are local, small and love what we Do!

Local and friendly. We brew all of our beer on a one barrel system at our Downtown Santa Fe Location less than a block down from the Georgia O'Keeffe Museum. Our second location is located adjacent to the Lamy Amtrack Station in Lamy, New Mexico.  Layed back and easy going, we brew smoked beer that is balanced and will please a wide range of beer drinkers.  If you like small batch local handcrafted beer -- we are the brewery for you.

Small Batch Beer

We believe in the little guys. We brew 3 one-Barrel (31 gallon) batches every brew day. Small breweries are unique. They are where you can meet all the people that make the business work from the owner to the brewer to the bartenders and everyone in between. They are also where everyone who is Involved is excited to meet the customers. Brewing small means the beer is fresh and that seasonal beer can be truly seasonal, changing from week to week. Brewing small isn't easy, to do beer this way you must truly love what you are doing.

We have been open since the summer of 2017.

We are dog friendly but have a no barking policy.

Owner and Head Brewer Alexander Pertusini

When deciding to specialize in smoked beer, we decided to get our grain directly from the capital of smoked beers in Bamberg Germany where Rauchbier "Smoked Lagers" were born. We use the highest quality Bavarian Malt form Weyermann malts, based in Bamberg Germany. We source our Hops from Germany, New Zealand, the Czech Republic, Willamette Valley, and from Local producers.
